Need a challenge to get you moving this year?

There’s nothing better than setting yourself a goal, working hard towards it, and then the satisfaction of achieving it.

 

At Gold's Health & Fitness we regularly run fitness boot camps and weight loss challenges, which include group classes, personal training plans, and a meal plan, to help you get the most out of your gym membership with us.

 

With these challenges frequently open to non-members too, it’s often a great way to check out our fitness centre at the same time and see if it’s right for you.

Our teen athletic classes are designed to help young people develop a lifelong love of exercise and healthy living. With a focus on fun and inclusivity, our classes provide a supportive environment for teens to get active, build confidence, and make new friends.

We're also passionate about helping seniors stay active, healthy, and connected. Our Heart of Gold programme is specifically designed for older adults, with a focus on low-impact exercise, social connection, and emotional support.
